Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@getfreshhaul.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us right away with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund -- no return needed.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
